I enjoy seeing the Disney characters on the ship, but love seeing Mickey and his pals even more at Castaway Cay. First, the ship that will sail from the new Singapore port of call (announced earlier this year), will be called the Disney Adventure. It was formerly the Global Dream, and was purchased earlier this year to be retrofitted Disney-style. The ship will also feature the Haunted Mansion Parlor, a bar inspired by the attraction at Disney parks around the world. The menu will feature drinks like the Ghoulish Delight - incorporating oat milk, ube fudge, tapioca pearls and a gummy eyeball garnish - and a new take on a margarita with a secret message decipherable via black light. Disney Treasure, which can accommodate 4,000 passengers, will sail seven-night Eastern and Western Caribbean itineraries from Florida’s Port Canaveral. Back in North America, Disney Wonder will return to Alaska from May to September with five- to nine-night itineraries, visiting ports like Juneau, Skagway and Ketchikan. A rescue swimmer was then deployed from the Jayhawk onto the cruise ship and was able to prepare the patient for evacuation.
